How to Start an Investigation:

Step 1: Processing and Inquiry

To provide us with some preliminary background information, please PRINT and complete our Forensic Evaluation Request Form. This will expedite handling on our end and we will contact you upon receipt to obtain further information as needed.

We will provide you with our "Terms Of Service Agreement" which outlines our procedures, and makes arrangements for advance payment.

Step 2: Collection of Evidence

1. Send the storage device directly to Computer Conversions Inc.

   or

2. On Site Collection. We visit the premises to collect a mirror image of resident data for analysis in our labs. Each case is unique, and in order to determine which of our services would suit your needs it is best to call our office 800-364-9838.
