Computer Conversions was founded in 1981 as a data conversion service bureau, transferring data and word processing files from one format to another. CCI incorporated in 1984 and rapidly rose to the forefront of leading edge conversions from removable backup media, specializing in restoration of data for electronic evidence purposes. In January of 2004, CCI was acquired by eMag Solutions, LLC, a leading electronic discovery and data conversion company. Today, the San Diego office is one of eMag's six service centers worldwide, offering a brand new, state-of-the-art, secure electronic discovery facility to the West Coast of the US.
